Hawaii and the chain of islands that make up this state have many things to offer to visitors making it one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world today. Whether you are young or old, single or married, you can find so many things to do in Hawaii whether you are looking for an adventure or just to relax. With the ocean and the beautiful beaches with their white sand, you can just relax on the beach, swim, snorkel, or scuba dive if you want to go a little deeper.
You can also go surfing, or bike and hike around the island. There is so much scenery to see including trails through rain forests or up to a crater rim of a volcano. If you want to immerse in the local culture, you might want to join a traditional Hawaiian Luau with food and dancing available in most hotels. You may also want to try a sunset cruise or go whale watching.
If you are looking for Hawaii activities, my suggestion is for you to stay at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at the historic Ka’upulehu. We stayed there and it is the best place to stay if you are spending special occasion or are traveling with kids. The rooms are spread over several two-storey buildings surrounded by plants and not the usual tall buildings you are accustomed to. They have exceptional amenities with all the comfort that you need including bottle of wine, fresh fruit, steam room with different scented oils, bath salts, among others.
The swimming pools in the resort ranged from family friendly, to quiet to romantic. It has spa, tennis court, jogging trails and water sports rental to fill your hours. You can also try scuba diving and discover different species of fish in the sea lagoon, while the Hawaiian turtles on the beach are all fascinating to watch. The food is great but the service is even better. Our next pit stop – Maui activities with submarine eco tours, snorkeling and an exciting zip line.
